Our business support and administration professionals make up to 50% of our employees.  Our teams of specialists provide an integral contribution to the success and growth of our business and delivery of our service.

Your learning starts early; from induction in fact.  From then you'll be invited to a range of learning and development opportunities and skills training.  Additionally all our employees receive regular one-to-one reviews and annual appraisals.

Our business services teams work hard to develop strong reputations within the business.  The experience and skills required for each of our teams will naturally vary by role but it goes without saying that integrity, professionalism, communication and team working skills are key components.  Due to the nature of Bond Pearce's partnership structure and service provision, we like to see experience from professional services environments; however we equally value new perspectives and insights.

Want to take things further?

We generally follow a two stage interview process for business services vacancies.  For the more experienced roles such as Director or Senior Manager you'll be given the opportunity to demonstrate your strengths and show how you work in practice through a relevant assessment.  This might be a presentation, ability test and/or personality profiling.  The outcomes of the assessments are used to create a development programme tailored for you.   Additionally, they will provide you with more time and opportunities to meet us and make an informed decision.

We know you value feedback.  That's why we'll give you feedback on your interviews whether or not you are successful.  Equally, in our efforts to continually enhance the recruitment experience, we will value you yours.
