Diversity is core to our values and is embedded in the way we work.  We're proud of our well established culture of openness and flexibility which means that anyone working at Bond Pearce can do well, progress, be treated fairly and with respect.  To underline these values, we have in place a Dignity at Work policy which sets out the Firm's policies and procedures relating to diversity, equal opportunities, harassment and bullying.

Our working practices and exceptional IT systems and support allow our employees to work flexibly and from home when necessary.  We recently ran a series of values workshops run by our Partners, which had a very strong theme of diversity running through them.

Our Diversity Forum, made up of individuals across the firm representing the different jobs, locations and experience levels, meets once a month to discuss issues in relation to diversity and drive forward new ideas and initiatives.  It was this group that advanced the Firm into being one of the original signatories of The Law Society Diversity Charter, which has implications for our clients, the provision and procurement of services, as well as our internal structures and processes.
