Life at Bond Pearce isn't all about the fee-earning.  Depending on your interests, skills and experience level you could be involved in any of the following:

How you'll progress

We've created a first-class development programme for those of you at the start of your career, to help prepare you for your first few steps up the career ladder.  Upon completion of this programme, your development becomes much more tailored to your individual needs and ambitions.  You'll be given support and guidance from you supervisors, team leaders and our learning and development team, to ensure that your career heads in the right direction. 

And because we recognise that not everybody has aspirations of partnership, we have an alternative career path for those of you who want to continue developing outstanding technical and client development skills.

Are you right for us?

There is no typical Bond Pearce lawyer.  We value diversity of experience as integral to the firm's growth and service delivery to our equally diverse range of clients.  Naturally we look for top class technical ability and core skills including team working, communication, commerciality and client management.

You will have received high quality training and experience and be able to demonstrate examples of your specialist skills to date.

Want to take things further?

We ensure that all our interviewees meet the key people relating to the role.  This normally takes place over a two-stage interview process.  You're encouraged to ask questions too so that you can equally make as informed a decision as we can post interview.

To support our recruitment decisions in some instances we utilise additional assessment tools relevant to the position applied for.  Full details are of course provided prior to the interview process.
