Our paralegals have a crucial role to play in supporting our lawyers and delivering value for money to our clients.  That's why we take the time to develop and nurture every one of the talented paralegals that form part of our team.  From your very first day you become a valued member of the legal team contributing to every aspect of the client relationship.  That might include that all important legal research, your case management skills or even contributing to business development activities through events or secondments. 

How you'll progress

Your learning doesn't end at law school!  Our comprehensive induction programme will equip you with the right mix of legal and interpersonal skills to ensure you have the best possible start to your legal career.  If you have ambitions you will be encouraged and supported every step of the way.

Are you right for us?

We're open minded about the skills and experience you bring to us, whether you are looking to make a long-term career move or hoping to gain that all important work experience before you start the search for your training contract, so law degree and LPC are not always essential.  But as so much of our world now relies heavily on technology you will need to be IT savvy, have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, be a strong team player and have exceptional communication skills. 

Want to take things further?

The interview is as much for you to find out about us as it is us finding out about you but we know time is precious and that's why we try and limit our paralegal interviews to one stage.  Depending on the role you might also be asked to undertake a short assessment which is usually linked to the role you are interviewing for.
