The department maintains dedicated teams handling a diverse range of insurance claims. They have strength in depth and the ability to provide expertise in accordance with their client's geographic requirements. The professional indemnity team handle a variety of work that includes acting for solicitors, barristers, accountants, tax advisors and surveyors. The Liability Team has acted in the defence of personal injury, product liability, subrogated and uninsured loss recovery claims for 27 years, receiving instructions from most of the major composite insurers, Lloyds Underwriters and self insureds. The teams consistently strive to further their industry expertise building up long term, close and consistent relationships of mutual trust, often sending people on secondment to leading insurance clients.
