We do all that we can to generate team spirit, encourage and enhance the friendly working environment at Bond Pearce LLP. We have a thriving Sports and Social Club run by committee members from across the firm. The club helps to co-ordinate the activities of the firm's cricket, football, hockey and netball teams, as well as numerous other activities such as quiz evenings, boat trips, theatre visits, treasure hunts, wine tasting evenings, shopping trips, go-karting competitions and many more.

Our intranet and weekly newsletters keep everyone up to date across all our offices, not just on business developments, but on social and charitable events and issues. We also have monthly briefing sessions in each office (or a nearby bar) where everyone gets to hear about the firm's progress and ask questions. With drinks and nibbles provided, these have also become a regular date in the social calendar.

Our main regional offices (in Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth and Southampton) are not just the focus for commercial activities across the southern region, but are also fabulous places to live. For those with sporting interests, each city offers first class sporting facilities. Hill walking, rock climbing, sailing, surfing, wind surfing, scuba diving, swimming, golf, dry skiing, ice-skating, bowling, cricket, horse riding and a whole range of team sports are just some of those you could participate in.
