Dale Collins

Dale is a solicitor-advocate specialising in all aspects of contentious regulatory work from pollution offences to corporate manslaughter, and has been a criminal advocate for over 20 years, being one of the few solicitors in the regulatory field holding the Higher Rights Qualification for Criminal Proceedings.

Dale's particular specialism is health and safety and he is ranked in the top tier of lawyers for the South West in this field by Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession.

As a result, Dale has extensive advocacy experience in the criminal courts and before other tribunals both from a prosecution and defence perspective. Indeed, he still acts as a prosecutor for the HSE when required.
