Andrew is Head of Intellectual Property at Bond Pearce. He specialises in intellectual property and defamation. He has a first class honours degree in chemistry and is also a solicitor advocate.
Andrew's expertise includes advice covering all IP rights from patents to designs and copyright to trade marks for commercial issues and disputes. Andrew has acted for technology based clients and large brand owners on disputes, portfolio management, commercialisation and fund raising by VC investment, AIM admission and full London, New York and NASDAQ listing.
He also advises on media management, press complaints, advertising standards and libel.

Andrew is recognised as a leader in the field of intellectual property by Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession which notes Andrew's wide ranging practice and his particular experience in hard IP disputes.
Andrew is a Member of The Intellectual Property Lawyers Organisation, a Member and regular contributor to the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys.
