Belinda acts in connection with claims made against a wide range of professionals including solicitors, barristers, surveyors, architects and accountants and also advises professionals on regulatory and disciplinary issues. Belinda has been involved in numerous trials and mediations and also has particular experience of dealing with claims by vexatious litigants in person. 

Belinda completed her LLB at the University of Western Australia in 2000.  She undertook her articled clerkship at Freehills, where she qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2002.  Whilst working in Australia, Belinda was involved in advising underwriters on indemnity issues arising out of a large class action under a D&O policy and acted for corporate insureds in relation to coverage disputes.  She also gained litigation and advocacy experience appearing in Australian Local and Federal Courts.  Belinda joined Bond Pearce in 2003, and has been admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.  She has also published a number of articles on insurance and civil procedure issues and regularly prepares and presents seminars and training to clients.
