Bond Pearce

Clare is a senior associate dual-qualified as a solicitor and trademark attorney in the business services department.

Clare trained with South London solicitors Bennett Welch & Co on completion of which she joined the Wellcome Foundation Ltd as an in-house solicitor of the trade marks team. It was during her time there that Clare qualified as a registered trade mark attorney. In 1995 she set up her own practice as a trademarks attorney. In 2002, after several years consulting to Bond Pearce, she joined the firm.

Clare's main focus is on trade mark protection, although she also advises in respect of designs and domain names. She is a member of the Council of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and a former council member of the UK Anti-Counterfeiting Group. She advises a full range of clients from small businesses to national retailers, manufacturers and service providers.
