Graham is a banking partner and leads Bond Pearce's project finance team.

He has substantial experience in advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers on financial transactions specialising in project and asset finance as well as enjoying working pro-actively with clients to develop new financial products and structures.

Recent experience includes:

• advising Chemring Group plc on £230,000,000 plus refinancing
• acting for UK major retailer on implementing supply chain finance programme backed by RBS
• negotiating terms for and documenting project finance facilities for 13 turbine on-shore wind farm in West Durham
• advising Post Office in relation to contracts with its partner banks including settlement and reconciliation arrangements
• acting for panel banks Bank of Scotland, Lloyds TSB Bank plc, Barclays, Santander and others or acquisition and corporate debt facilities

Graham is recognised as a leader in his field of banking law by Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2010 which says Graham 'brings a wide range of expertise to the table, with an emphasis on project finance. Clients value his renowned technical skills, highlighting his "ability and efficacy on the most sophisticated products in the market". They also find him "prompt, efficient and extremely easy to work with".

Graham is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3), the Insolvency Lawyers' Association and the Society for Advanced Legal Studies.
