Ian is a dual qualified Solicitor and registered Trade Mark Attorney.  Ian specialises in intellectual property law and advises on both non-contentious and contentious intellectual property matters.
 
Ian has wide experience of brand clearance, protection, exploitation and enforcement, with a particular emphasis on trade marks, designs and domain names.  Ian has considerable experience in relation to strategic trade mark protection and international portfolio management and has enjoyed considerable success with domain name dispute resolution actions at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), Nominet and EURid.

Ian's sector experience covers a wide variety of disciplines including manufacturing, retail financial services and education.
