Jeremy is an associate with 18 years' advocacy experience covering a broad range of areas including transport, general regulatory work,  licensing, betting and gaming.

He worked for some time in the West End of London where he gained significant experience in the leisure and entertainment sector dealing with high profile national and international operators including Excel Exhibition Centre Schrager Hotels, Spearmint Rhino and Ministry of Sound. Subsequently Jeremy has represented virtually all of the major pub chains covering both the managed and tenanted sides of the business.

More recently Jeremy has concentrated on general regulatory matters particularly as they relate to the transport industry and frequently appears before the Traffic Commissioner at Public Inquiry acting on behalf of operators of all sizes and types. He has wide ranging expertise relating to traffic and road transport matters in the Magistrates and Crown Court.

He handles prosecution and defence work on Health and Safety matters and appears before the Employment Tribunal in relation to appeals against Prohibition and Improvement notices.

Recent work has also involved development and implementation of bulk process systems and co-coordinating compliance issues.

Jeremy has contributed work to The Lawyer's Remembrancer. In addition, Jeremy is ranked as a leading individual in Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2010 for licensing solicitors in the South West.  Clients commend 'his advocacy skills and his "extremely organized approach and very thorough reports"'.
