Bond Pearce

Nathan leads the firm's Insurance and Regulatory Departments. He manages a number of client relationships through which Bond Pearce provides clients with advice on a broad range of regulatory, risk and reputational issues.

His personal practice focuses on regulatory support, providing contentious and non-contentious advice on environmental, health and safety law.

Contentious work includes advice and representation at interviews under caution, at Inquests, in appeals against Improvement and Prohibition Notices in the Employment Tribunal and in prosecutions in the Magistrates' and Crown Court. He increasingly gives advice to Risk Managers and Boards on corporate governance issues.

Nathan is recognised as a leader in the field of health and safety by Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2011 which says he is a 'seasoned regulatory lawyer who is admired for his "pragmatism and sound judgment".'
