Ross is a senior associate in the professional risk team in London. He specialises in claims against a broad spectrum of professionals including solicitors, accountants, tax advisors, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, will-writers, trustees, estate agents, commercial and residential property surveyors, architects, engineers and construction sub-contractors.
Ross also deals with fraud recovery claims in the Senior Courts on behalf of financial institutions, real estate companies and fidelity guarantee insurers including obtaining freezing and search orders.
Ross has extensive experience in insurance coverage matters, advising insurers on issues of late notification, material non-disclosure, misrepresentation, fraud and/or breach of fiduciary duty and breaches of condition precedent and/or warranty.

- defending a multi-million pound claim against a UK Top 10 real estate company concerning the marketing and sale of one of England's largest stately homes
- obtaining significant recoveries for financial institutions, real estate companies and fidelity guarantee insurers in High Court civil fraud recovery actions
- defending property professionals in allegedly negligent multi-million pound overvaluations of UK and European retail and commercial properties including shopping centres, office blocks and retail parks
- defending a top 100 law firm against a multi-million pound claim alleging increased costs of litigation in Italy and a loss of opportunity to obtain prompt summary judgment in England due to a failure to proactively engage in a race for jurisdiction following the failure of a Italian telecommunications company to enter into a share sale agreement.
