Tony is a partner who has specialised in financial services since 1984. He specialises in legal and compliance issues arising under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the FSA Handbook. He has particular expertise in applications for authorisation, conduct of business rules, product development and literature, financial promotions, terms of business, distribution arrangements, claims, enforcement and business transfers.
