Bond Pearce

Our regeneration and planning team has over 20 years' experience of advising the renewable energy sector on hundreds of projects, ranking the planning team as one of the best in the UK. The team is familiar with the many and varied issues arising on offshore projects, such as:

  • the current consenting regime under the Planning Act and the changes being proposed by the Coalition Government
  • EIA Regulations
  • Habitats Regulations
  • SEA
  • issues relevant to ornithology, aviation, fishing, and navigation
  • working closely with DECC in developing offshore forms of application, bespoke conditions and mitigation measures and agreements.
