Our work

  • assisting an international retailer to globalise it online offering by advising on the regulatory regimes in numerous foreign jurisdictions
  • New Look - the first Appeal case under the new Fire Safety regime, which set the sentencing tests for fire safety cases
  • advising a DIY retailer in relation to a prosecution alleging that a self leveling compound that it sold was not safe under General Product Safety Regulations
  • providing strategic advice on pricing and comparative advertising to enable a number of clients to run campaigns that had previously drawn enforcement interest without complaint
  • advising a number of food manufacturers on labeling and advertising compliance, including on development of concepts for new products
