We have a team of dedicated banking and finance law specialists.  Acting for banks, other financial institutions and borrowers we provide a full range of advice on finance matters from bilateral and LMA based club transactions, asset, acquisition, project and property finance to restructurings and refinancings.  We have derivatives expertise and a track record in specialist sectors (such as the motor trade) in addition to general financing work. The group is led by a core team of 8 led by partners Julian Kinsey, Graham Jeffries and Philip Withey . The senior members all spent time with leading City practices before joining Bond Pearce and now have years of experience in the regional banking market. The core team draws, where appropriate, on expertise from colleagues with other specialism – primarily property, corporate, construction and commercial. We have LMA membership to keep us at the forefront of sector developments.

Our specialist banking and finance lawyers advise banks, other financial institutions and borrowers across all areas of non-contentious financing work. We advise on syndicated and bilateral loans, complex intercreditor and priority issues, restructuring/refinancings as well as the development of new product structures. Much of our work is in four key areas of lending: acquisition finance, asset-based lending, project finance and property finance.
