Bond Pearce

When a company is financially distressed or under performing we recognise that it needn't be fatal to the survival of the company or its business. We regularly work with under performing businesses, insolvency practitioners, banks, distressed lenders and turnaround professionals to put together recovery solutions for the business or as a last resort to consider and advise on the best strategy to achieve an insolvent restructuring.

We offer assistance and advice on all kinds of solutions to turn the business around or to achieve a restructuring of some or all of the business. This can involve the use of formal insolvency procedures such as company voluntary arrangements and administration.

We can provide assistance from the very earliest of stages, giving strategic advice with the aim of avoiding insolvency, guidance through the formal insolvency procedures and Insolvency law. We provide our clients with intelligent, solution focussed support in relation to all issues involving financial distress and have experts in both contentious and non contentious insolvency. We provide a full range of recovery services, advising corporate clients, directors, banks, other creditors and stakeholders on all aspects of administrations, receiverships, formal liquidations, turnaround procedures or restructuring possibilities.
