We have a reputation for complex outsourcing transactions and excellent client service and were recently appointed as the preferred supplier to a number of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 organisations seeking outsourcing solutions and commercial collaborations.

Our work

  • advised Whitbread Plc on the outsourcing of its entire food distribution services to Kuehne & Nagel Ltd.  Whitbread is the UK's largest hotel and restaurant company, operating businesses including Premier Inn, Costa Coffee, Beefeater, Table Table, Brewers Fayre and Taybarns.  The outsourcing involved the time critical delivery of food products to each of Whitbread's 1500 outlets which serve 8.5 million customers each month
  • advised the support services division of Babcock plc which delivers a broad range of support services to a number of civil government and blue-chip customers on various large outsourcing projects 
  • advising Kingfisher on the outsourcing of its claims handling function
  • advising a consortium of NHS Trusts in Wales on the re-procurement of financial and procurement services
  • advising Royal Mail on an innovative partnering arrangement for internal and external print management services worth more than £100 million annually
  • advising Post Office Ltd on its partnering arrangements with other service providers including Alliance and Leicester (Santander), Bank of Ireland and its insurers
  • advising New Look on the establishment and operation of one of the country's largest automated distribution warehouses and related supply chain
  • advising Screwfix and Trade Depot on the roll out of their new trading formats (including in the case of Screwfix the appointment of a third party to set up and run a new distribution hub comprising half a million square feet of warehousing to support its new trade counter roll out)
