Our corporate team has a reputation for the effective delivery of transactions.  We are committed to finding commercially focused solutions and applying genuine sector knowledge, where relevant.

We have handled some ground breaking and significant transactions in our sectors, but we also assist our clients in relation to their corporate requirements generally, where efficiency and resource become more relevant.  Our corporate lawyers support our clients on a range of corporate transactions, notably M&A, private equity and public company transactions, as well as reorganisations, joint ventures and collaborations.  We also advise on corporate governance and statutory and regulatory issues.

We provide a "full service" for our corporate clients. The need for specialist input varies from transaction to transaction, but we have the ability to call on specialist lawyers from within Bond Pearce. This could include legal specialists, such as tax, pensions or employment lawyers, or sector specialists, such as energy or retail lawyers, or could include both.  The corporate team will act as the project managers for the Bond Pearce team.

We understand that corporate transactions are often significant milestones for businesses and will not seek to impose our view on how the transaction should be handled.  Our lawyers are flexible and we will listen and adopt your preferred "modus operandi".  We aim to bring vigour and rigour to the work we do, recognising that clients want a commercially attractive outcome.
