Bond Pearce

Our Banking Litigation Team handles a full range of dispute resolution work for banking and financial institution clients.  This includes high value High Court and cross border international litigation, as well as arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR.  The team also incorporates a leading financial services regulatory practice which handles dispute resolution and FSA disciplinary litigation work, as well as defence of FSA enforcement notices.

We have a specialist team of banking litigators who represent leading financial service institutions on a wide range of disputes, from multi-jurisdictional fraud to negligent lending claims. Our proactive approach is focused on helping clients quickly settle claims - through negotiation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution when possible, and through robust litigation in the courts when appropriate.

Strategic recruitment from the City has enabled us to put together a team of litigators with a formidable track record of resolving national and multi-jurisdictional financial disputes at the highest level.  We also have considerable experience helping clients with internal and regulatory investigations, particularly involving whistleblowing and fraud.
