Recovery+ is a debt recovery offering swift, no fuss service to our clients. We comprise a blend of career paralegals and LPC graduates who, under the supervision of a qualified solicitor, will look after a case throughout its lifecycle. Our approach means that clients are assured that their cases are progressing in a timely and appropriate manner and that their brand is protected when things are going wrong. We have recovered in the past 12 months debts of £1.5m.

Stephen Dilley has overall responsibility for the Recovery+ team but majority of the work is carried out by experienced paralegals using up to the minute IT under the supervision of specialist commercial litigation and insolvency solicitors.

Sarah Bramall and Nicola Cloke are senior paralegals, each having over 10 years' debt recovery experience and have been awarded a Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Debt Recovery.  There are strong team of paralegals who assist Sarah and Nicola and each paralegal has their own portfolio of clients and cases.

We can only do that by making sure our people are not only competent and fully trained to do their job – whatever that may be – but also by helping our staff to better understand our clients business and the industry in which they operate.

Our Work

  • acting as an extension of one of our client's credit control function, converted a large book debt totalling millions of pounds into cash. We have been assisting this client for over 10 years
  • working with a longstanding client who was carrying debts relating to overpayment of salary.  We took a firm and robust approach giving the debtor’s strict deadlines to make payment which resulted in a good result for the client
  • resolved the situation for a client who was only aware a claim had been lodged against them when a bailiff appeared at one of their stores, protecting their brand.
